Why don’t you stick with your K800i as your phone, and use your N800 for all the features you listed?
It’s, coincidently, exactly what I’m doing.

Yeah, I do: the initial reason I started using it over Thunderbird is its native GPG support—Enigmail kept crashing for me on Thunderbird, so I decided to try out Evolution.

I’ve been in love with it since. :)

Nice, you use Evolution too? I started out using that, switched to Thunderbird in February, but switched back this week.

I don’t care about how all the l33t people use Thunderbird — I use Evolution because of the aesthetics. It’s a GNOME application, so it just fits in better. GTK+ apps feel so much nicer when they’re real GTK+ apps, not just GTK+-themed XUL apps.
